I really appreciate it. You know, I never even thought of the idea of burning out and I'm so glad you have raised it to me. I will take your advice and tone down the doubles for now because getting injured or burnt out is definitely not in the plan. :) Thanks again!

JoJohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08411589645591356245noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1433999547775065674.post-58999096778682145502008-07-10T18:56:00.000-07:002008-07-10T18:56:00.000-07:00Jo,I came across one of your comments while readin...Jo,
I came across one of your comments while reading Tracy Reifkind's blog a while back and have been following your weight loss/fitness journey since then. You're doing lots of good things and I wanted to encourage you as you continue towards your goals! As for double workouts, just be careful that you don't get injured ("too much too soon") and you don't get burned out. So, perhaps try doubles 1-2x/week to start and go from there, rather than going full throttle immediately. What are your thoughts? "Slow and steady wins the race"...maybe not this short term race, but definitely the longer term "race" of life! Keep up the good work!
SusanAdam & Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01389721717567655626noreply@blogger.com
