:: Day 103- 4/15/09 - Summary ::

Giggles again... 153.4 :P. Nearing the 50lb mark, that will be a pretty crazy day!

Activities: I WILL get a kettlebell workout in before our trip. But other than that, I'm day fasting again. It helps being uber busy at work really.

20-hour fast, Main meal @ home with Effie
Leftover cabbage rolls, Kale/Chard Stir Fry, Tofu/Egg Scramble, Salad, Vege/Fruit Smoothie
Pecan Torte and Chocolate Ganache (Yes there's more!!!)

:: Day 102- 4/14/09 - Summary ::

Giggles... 154.6!!!! I guess the body worked overtime when it couldn't figure out what the heck I was doing!!! First, no carbs or refined sugar. And second, a full 24 hour fast.

Activities: It's a busy day today so I doubt I can get any exercise in again but we'll see.

20 hour fast, Main meal @ 7pm with manna
Primal Cabbage Rolls (stuffed with pork and organic beef)

Raw carrots with artichoke dip (this dip is made with yogurt and tofu!)
Baked broccoli fries

RAW Pecan Torte with Chocolate Ganache (Grain-free!)

:: Day 101- 4/13/09 - Summary ::

Activities:
24 hour fast: Giving my body a little bit of a surprise - 24 hour water fast started since yesterday at 3pm. Didn't see that coming huh??
9pm: Random workout @ home

Main meal > 3pm
3pm: 1 banana to break the fast!


4pm: Scrambled eggs, salad, chicken sausage, carrot soup, cut fruit, sliver of pecan torte


9pm: Glass of fruit/veggie smoothie + slice of pecan torte


Oh and just for funs, here's a pic of the stuff i'm bringing to patagonia (not including gear)

Happy Easter!!! Christ is Risen!!!

Activities: 5.0 mile dusk road "indian style" run with Mikee, 00:58:06, 632 cal, HRa 155 HRm 178

20 hour fast, 4 hour eat window
1pm: Main meal @ Daryl & Laura's easter lunch
there were like 10 courses of food and 3 courses of dessert so I won't be able to go into detail. But there's a reason why I'm only having one meal today! lol
