:: Day 99- 4/11/09 - Summary ::

Phew, no weight gain... but also no weight loss. After a week of eating out, the first thing I did when I got home was head straight to the kitchen and cook. Felt so at home there! I'm going to do a mini primal challenge this coming Mon-Thur, I'll be eating primal(ultimate way to break your weight loss plateau) - no carbs, lots of vege and meat though. See how that goes!

Final mission peak hike prep. So... we might not do this at all. We're leaving on Thursday so a good rest period might be nice.
