Reflections:
Last week, I worked the hardest physically/nutritionally in a long time. Still, no change on the scale. What is going on??? Sigh. My books are here though, maybe it would shed some light. I also notice that I really should stop swinging the 8kg and it poses little or no challenge. But there is a milestone of being able to wear something from the skinniest days. :D
Activities: I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get a run in today because my schedule is just packed. But i'm seriously hoping. What I did get was a frigging awesome deep tissue massage!!
8am: Juice blend of apple, beet, carrot, strawberries, kale and watermelon beet.

usual seed, nut, dried fruit home mix, buncho carrots, 1 apple

Garden salad with some grilled turkey meat, side of brussels sprouts

Ohmigosh, have you guys been out today? It's just sooo beautiful. I completed my 5.0 mile run in a t-shirt. It was so glorious out!!!

We have tons of leftovers from yesterday's dinner so managed to get a few boys last minute to come over and clean house. BUt I did also make a barley mushroom soup.
