:: the start ::

A week ago, some people at work decided to pull some funds together into a pot for the biggest loser challenge. I'm not grossly overweight but i've steadly put on 40+ pounds since my highschool days. Basically, I went from a S to a L, and even closing in on XL.

This was very good incentive for me - especially since the pot is now at $1000!!!

I've decided that this is it for me - my goal is 45 pounds, even beyond the competition. I want to look and feel great! I'm going to use this blog to chart my progress and keep me accountable to my goals.
