:: the weigh-in ::

it officially occurred yesterday but since i'm out of town i'll have to wait a week. I think i'm nearing like 200 lbs or something, my legs feel extremely heavy.

Some measures I am taking
- controlling my intake of calories (volume)
- taking up kettlebell personal training
- doing cardio at least 3-4 times a week, including bootcamp twice a week
- hiking on the weekends
