:: Day 74- 3/18/09 - Summary ::

6am bootcamp, Ladder workout - I almost died. This is a good workout for me to do when I go to salt lake for work in a couple of weeks.

7am: Juice blend of carrot, apple, blueberries, broccoli stalk, cucumber, banana

random snacks;
carrot sticks, 1 apple, 1/3 banana, cucumber, 3 apricots

main meal @ home
MIL's 1-1-1 Cornish Game Hens
