Breakfast: Usual blend with a small mango addition


Rest of day: fasting.

Main meal @ Flea St Cafe
we're taking a dear friend out for his birthday dinner tonight. Looking forward to trying restaurant quality grass-fed beef!
1 fresh wild sardine tempura
2 pieces of roasted beets
1/2 fillet mignon with potatoes and asparagus
1/2 goat shoulder braised
bite of chocolate ganache tart
bite of apricot bread pudding brioche
