12pm: fruit and yogurt parfait, 2 halloween cupcakes
Main meal @ helen's
Broccoli, Chicken and mushroom sauce on rice, 1.5 mini chocolate cupcakes, 2 scoops of dreyer's ice cream
Can you say wow? I know eh.
