Yeah I should save the recipes huh. :P Btw - I just made siqil pak with roasted EGGPLANTS like we first had it at sea salt. It was just the way they made it!!! :)
Yes the Bulgur croquettes are from Peter Barley's book but I already had cooked quinoa in the fridge so I used that instead. Turned out excellent! Next time I will definitely try with Bulgur. I actually use Bulgur when I make corbasi!
