Um, this sounds AMAZING! I wish I could try all of these! I filed a few away to make sometime on my own.

Hey, how do you save all of your recipes, do you use delicious? I'd love to see all the ones you save...maybe you could tag your blog entries with "recipe" if you include one. ;-)

Oh, the whole reason I brought up that recipe point was....what are "
Bulgur Croquettes with walnuts"? I didn't see a recipe for those...sounds interesting, I love bulgur (very Turkish ;-) )!

Yeah I should save the recipes huh. :P Btw - I just made siqil pak with roasted EGGPLANTS like we first had it at sea salt. It was just the way they made it!!! :)

Yes the Bulgur croquettes are from Peter Barley's book but I already had cooked quinoa in the fridge so I used that instead. Turned out excellent! Next time I will definitely try with Bulgur. I actually use Bulgur when I make corbasi!
