8am: Usual morning blend

Random snacks for the day:
apple, carrots, butter lettuce, strawberries and homemade raw trail mix with a new addition: Brazilian nuts!!!

Main meal @ home
I think i need to finally make Heidi Swanson's Otsu. And yes I made it. Wow, I like the tangyness and the spicyness! Mel, you're right, super easy to make. Big thumbs up!!!

Otsu is delicious! Very simple to make. You won't regret it. I'm thinking of making Giant Crusty White Beans next...how did that turn out? :)

As for the giant crusty beans, oh yeah, you're gonna love it. It's one of mikee's top 5 and he's not even vegetarian!
