Activities: I didn't actually hit the gym last night. Who am I kidding? I'm usually way tired by 9pm! But, I'm heading out for my long run as we speak!!

Breakfast blend: The usual. I was kinda bummed to not find organic strawberries or loose beets at the farmer's market yesterday. My blend is going to be puke colored all week long.
Snacks all day: apples, nuts, seeds, carrots
Main meal @ home
Garlicky Greens, Kale on with homemade fried brown rice.
Served with a side of boiled cucumbers dressed in tamari, ume vinegar and sesame oil. Also had some leftover edamame soup.

2.7 miles is nothin compared to your whopping 5 mile run in 47 minutes! That is awesome!!!
