8pm Unclogging of pores at the spa with Jen

Today's a semi-fast day.
7am: vege fruit blend (Chard, carrots, berries, banana, ice)


Emergency food: 1 navel orange or apple

Main meal @ work (6pm)
Beef/Pork Ragu with broccoli and carrots, 2 eggs
