It's going to be an interesting week. I'm traveling for work in salt lake, but thank God, there is a 24 hour fitness right next door and a whole foods a mile away. It won't be hard to keep this up!

8am: Usual morning smoothie
Random snacks: Apricots, almonds, cashews, carrots
1 "world-famous" rubio fish taco
Main meal @ West Jordan, UT with the team at Market Grill
Garden salad sans dressing with dungeness crab
Cioppino with side of broccoli
And best part, I said no to dessert! :)
