Phew, no weight gain... but also no weight loss. After a week of eating out, the first thing I did when I got home was head straight to the kitchen and cook. Felt so at home there! I'm going to do a mini primal challenge this coming Mon-Thur, I'll be eating primal(ultimate way to break your weight loss plateau) - no carbs, lots of vege and meat though. See how that goes!
Activities: Final mission peak hike prep. So... we might not do this at all. We're leaving on Thursday so a good rest period might be nice.
8am: 1/2 banana, few pinches of bread from the farmer's market, cashews
Rest of day: mini fast
