:: how much water do you drink? ::

So we all know drinking enough water is key to weight loss and healthy living. You can google all about it yourself. Am I drinking enough water? Certainly not... I'm here to share about a tool that I got that will help me keep track. It's called "milk bands" and is a nursing bracelet used by mothers to keep track of breastfeeding times. Genius isnt it? And now it will help me keep track of the bottles of water I drink! I dont mind being mistaken for a breastfeeding mum ~shrugs~ and if a guy wore it... I'd be thinking... "How sweet?!! He's helping his wife keep track! Awwww"

i didn't realize water was good for weight loss. i just know it's good for me in terms of flushing the system... :)

i drink a lot of water, but i feel blessed because i just really enjoy drinking it.

I enjoy drinking water too... but its hard to drink when you're not thirsty.

ah...you probably know this: you should be drinking water when you're not thirsty. at least during "physical activity," if you drink when you are feeling thirsty: it's "too late."

I've tweaked that dressing a few ways...I prefer sugar to honey, and believe it or not recently I've used Splenda (a long story....I was a, and still am, a resister to Splenda).

To stretch it out I've used milk and cream, and I found that sacrificing calories by adding oil, the trade off is worth it....dressing made with 4 yolks and 2 tbl oil makes enough to dress 3 salads, calorie count still way under 200 cal per serv.

JB how do the bands work?

I have a 2.2 l bottle of water which sits on my table at work. I make sure I finish it everyday!

nky: there's a little knob that you move along the band to keep track of numbers. :P

you have a good system that works for you already huh?
